At NÜNÜ VINTAGE, we want you to love your pre-loved treasures; however, if a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the unique nature of vintage items, all returns must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number and the shipping address.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your vintage item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit, including the original invoice inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service of your choice; please keep your tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a digital gift card for the full purchase price to your email within 5 business days.
